She joined the criminal organization, having been inspired by Stain , and she dreams of a world where she is free to do whatever she wants. After the Revival Celebration, the League of Villains and the Powers' Liberation Army merge to form the Paranormal Liberation Front , and she becomes one of the 9 Officers. Right now, Himiko Toga is the most difficult character to draw according to Kōhei Horikoshi . He says that it's because of her mask and her eyes that he can't necessarily draw her the way he wants. She is also nicknamed the Bloodthirsty Yandere. (17cm).
