Kuroro Figure Lucilfer ( Kuroro Rushirufuru ) is the leader of the Phantom Troupe, a band of thieves with Class A bounties originating from the Shooting Star. He created the Brigade when he was almost 11 years old to protect the people of his hometown. He occupies seventh place in the Brigade's arm wrestling rankings. In the latest volumes published to date, he became Floor Master and defeated Hisoka at the Celestial Tower.
