🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

At KyotoShop , your satisfaction is our priority.
If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

Return conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition (unopened, unused, with complete packaging).
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• A flat rate of €5.90 is applied to cover return shipping costs.
• Partial returns of an order are permitted, provided that the items meet the above criteria.

Return procedure

1. Contact us at kyotoshoppro@hotmail.com with your order number and the reference of the product in question.
2. After validation, we will send you instructions to return your package.
3. The refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after receipt and verification of the return.

Non-returnable items

• Products available for pre-order (reservations are considered firm sales).
• Products on promotion or benefiting from an exceptional discount code.
• Mystery box and randomly sealed products.

These items cannot be returned, except in the case of a shipping error or a defective product.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method (delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank).
